Returns Policy

Overview

All products sold on Cyber England are digital downloads (PDF files). These are delivered instantly after purchase and do not require shipping.

Because of the nature of digital products, refunds and returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.

No Refunds After Download

Once a downloadable product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, it is considered “used” and non-refundable.

This is because digital content cannot be returned once delivered.

Exceptions (When a Refund May Be Granted)

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • You did not receive the download due to a technical issue

In these cases, we will either:

  • Provide a replacement file, or
  • Issue a full refund

Timeframe for Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Requests made after this period may not be considered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via the website contact form and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A clear description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order.

Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:

  • There is evidence of repeated refund requests
  • Products have clearly been downloaded and used
  • Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected

Consumer Rights (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is not eligible for cancellation once download has begun, provided you agreed to immediate access at checkout.

By purchasing and downloading our products, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Final Note

We aim to keep our guides affordable and useful. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it — but we also expect fair use from customers.
