When you get phone calls using a name such as Mary Smith why is Mary not an English speaking native, it seems odd that she has an Asian accent and poor English, she’s a lowlife scammer!!
So many of these scumbags give themselves western names with thick Asian accents how could we possibly be fooled, after all it seems so obvious that their name cannot possibly be Mary Smith, not in a month of Sunday’s you would think. But people are fooled by these utter scumbags, either they are gullible, too polite to say anything or too scared to upset them.
Unfortunately this is often the case and people are conned out of their money by unscrupulous horrid individuals who’s only interest is robbing you blind! When I say individuals it is a person calling you but they are likely to be from an organised bunch of lowlife scum often found in Asia somewhere. Calling one potential victim after another without caring in anyway about the devastation their cons will cause. They have no morals and conscience greed is what drives them, I do hope they get caught some day and suffer the consequences.
This is the main reason why I write these articles to try to help people from being conned and ending up with empty bank accounts. It makes my blood boil when this happens and the fact that the Asian Governments often turn a blind eye to these call centres (collective scumbags) and let them carry on with their evil practices.
What Do You Do?
Put the phone down straightaway and block the number. If they are a legitimate source they will contact you some other way, maybe by email. If this is the case check the source is genuine if it is an email check the email address is from them. Any links that are not under their name are likely to be fake, you can of course contact them yourself and see if the call was genuine.

If Mary Smith does does call you and is genuine then fair enough, but even then don’t give personal or financial details over the phone. Unfortunately phone calls from genuine English sounding people is no guarantee of trust worthiness either.
Summary
If in doubt hang up, hurting the feelings of a lowlife scammer doesn’t happen they don’t care they will just move on to the next potential victim without batting an eyelid. Mary Smith and any other normal western names should never sound Asian, they are trying to con you make no mistake they may be persuasive and pushy but they are scum, don’t ever be fooled by them.
