New Tools From The NCSC

A few month ago the NCSC (National Cyber Security Centre) based in England released new tools to help against cyber crime it is called a Cyber Action Toolkit.

This innovative government approach is providing free support as well as personalised toolkits that will empower millions of sole traders, and small businesses to protect their people, money and reputation from growing online threats.

The idea behind it is to make it straightforward to use and offers free cyber security guidance tailored to your business size. Let’s face it there is very little any business can get for free, well we all pay for it on our taxes but you know what I mean.

It is a good starting point for businesses to help to protect themselves who otherwise wouldn’t know where to start. I certainly think if you have a business with little or no cyber security protection it is worth a look at least.

I know you just want to get on with your business dealings and not be bothered by this techy nonsense. But it isn’t nonsense anymore it’s essential for any business otherwise the results could be catastrophic and close you down for good.
