Overview
All products sold on Cyber England are digital downloadable PDF files delivered instantly after purchase.
As these are digital products, they are not eligible for return in the traditional sense.
No Refunds After Download
Once a product has been purchased and download access has been granted, it is considered consumed digital contentand is non-refundable.
This applies even if the file has not been opened.
Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)
We will offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open
- The product is materially different from its description
- A technical error prevented delivery of the download
- You were charged incorrectly or more than once
In these cases, we may:
- Provide a corrected/replacement file, or
- Issue a full refund at our discretion
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests outside this period may not be considered.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via our website and include:
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.
Abuse & Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:
- Products have clearly been downloaded and used
- There is repeated refund behaviour
- Fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected
Consumer Rights (UK Digital Content)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once download or access has begun, provided the customer has:
- Given consent to immediate access, and
- Acknowledged that the right to cancel is lost
